Shipping is a very common term being used globally and daily. It is an everyday essential or a must, activity throughout the whole world. Here at PWInc, the term 'shipping' is similar and you will see this term very commonly and oftenly use, especially in the checkout order process. The 'shipping' here signify both international and local transportation of goods.

There are many different policies on shipping we can find everywhere. At PWInc, we try to shorten and simplify it. Please spend a minimal of your time to read through and understand the following shipping statement.

Overview

We will only ship/mail the goods upon full payment received. Goods will not be shipped/mailed for partial payment.

Please allow at least three(3) weeks for Pre-Order items. Goods sold are not refundable nor exchangeable. Please refers to Quality & Return policy for more information.

'Normal Mail' is totally free of charge, customers do not need to bear such cost. We absorb the postage cost here in Singapore, which is the first step to ease your mind of calculating how much will be the postage of every order made.

PWInc is not responsible or liable for any missing or lost packages under 'Normal Mail'. It is customers own responsibility and risk.

PWInc does not offer discount or promotion for shipping cost, import duties/taxes, VAT, and insurance at all times.

Registered Mail via SingPost

Locally, SingPost registered mailing is one low cost and secure way for delivery. With just an additional SGD2.25 registered fee, your package is secured and deliver to door step in just a few days. A tracking number, usually starts with 'RR' and ends with 'SG' (eg. RR123456789SG) will be issued to you via email if you have selected this choice of shipping method in the order process.

We strongly encourage customers to choose 'Registered Mail' option for every purchase as it secures both buyer and seller, the responsibilities and liabilities of lost or missing packages. In our term of shipping policy, we are not responsible or liable for mail lost or missing when customers have selected normal postage mailing.

Should such incident of lost or missing packages occur with registered mailing, customer is responsible to contact SingPost personally to file a claim. PWInc does not assist in any ways, nor its responsibility or liability to make a claim on behalf. Unless otherwise stated, an administrative fee is imposed, in the term as a 'Service' product, and upon agreement with both parties the 'Type' of service and the 'Fee' payable. PWinc may not and prefers not to accept such request or enquiry of services at its sole discretion.

Normal Postage via SingPost

Firstly, we DO NOT encourage customers to choose 'Normal Mail' option for their purchases. As far as PWInc is concerned, and for customers understandings, normal postage has no security or tracking option as compare to registered mailing. It is very important that customers are aware of their responsibility and risk to select this shipping method.

We would like to clarify that, PWInc is not responsible or liable for any missing or lost package should customers had chosen the shipping method: 'Normal Mail', for the delivery. Should you not agree to such terms, we advise that you do not make any purchase. However, should you proceed the delivery with shipping method: 'Normal Mail', you are bound to have agreed and understood the terms and conditions stated, in which PWInc reserves the right to; (1) ignore request of refund for lost or missing package(s), (2) is not responsible or liable for lost or missing package(s), (3) it is buyer or customer responsibility and risk to choose 'Normal Mail'.

Although we discourage this option, there are customers who still prefer 'Normal Mail' for delivery. As such, out of goodwill, PWInc will waive the normal postage cost.

At times, should the postage be under-valued, we will reimburse the neccessary cost to the affected customers with coupon. Customers are required to provide evidence/proof together with at least one valid full-package-size photograph of the package. Please refers to Quality & Return policies for more information.

Note: We would again emphasized and encourage customers to use 'Registered Mail' for every package. However, we do not by any force, threaten or engage illegal acts that you, ('Customer') cannot choose other methods such as normal postage.

International Shipping via courier services

PWinc does accept orders from overseas customers (non-Singapore delivery). However, it is only able to process the order with recipient carrier account number (eg.FedEx/DHL) via the automated system at the moment. Should overseas customers interested to merchandize from PWInc, please feel free to contact us. You are also eligible to register at our website.

PWInc only accepts the following two ways of international shipping; (1) overseas customers are to provide us their preferred carrier and its valid account number, which we will indicate in the airwaybill. (2) we estimate a freight amount which overseas customers are agreed and be billed for. Choice of carrier will be advised by PWInc.

All charges such as freight cost, handling fee, import duties/taxes, VAT, insurance, etc, will be borne by customers. Therefore, it is wise that overseas customers can provide a valid courier account number that we can charge to. Please note that we only accept delivery terms: Ex-work, SIN. As such, a copy of airwaybill and any relevant documents will be attached to you via email.
